Mega Leasing Plc. (“the Company”) is a public limited company incorporated in Cambodia and registered with the Ministry of Commerce under registration number Co.-2222 KH/2013 dated 1 October 2013. On 24 July 2017, the Company re-registered under registration number 00022551. The Company obtained its license from the National Bank of Cambodia (“NBC”) to carry out finance leasing business on 9 January 2014 for a period of 5 years which expired on 9 January 2019. The license has been updated on 13 January 2020.

2019: Mega Leasing Plc. expand branch network in to 10 branches located in Phnom Penh, Takhmao Town, Angsnoul District, Khsach Kandal District, Kampong Cham Province, Tboung khmum Province, Siem Reap province, Banteay Meanchey Province, Battambang Province and Sihanouk Province.
2021: Mega Leasing Plc. expand more branch network in to 2 branches located in Pailin, and Prey Veng Province.
