Role Summary
The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for driving business growth by developing creative marketing campaigns and executing effective sales strategies. This role requires a balance of digital content creation and direct client engagement to hit monthly targets.
1. Digital Marketing & Content Creation
Design and manage social media campaigns (Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Create engaging short-form videos and recruitment/sales animations to increase brand visibility.
Monitor social media trends and adapt content to maximize reach and engagement.
2. Sales & Lead Generation
Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, field visits, and digital outreach.
Present company products/services professionally to close deals.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets.
3. Reporting & System Management
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data using automated systems (avoiding manual Excel entry where possible).
Provide regular reports on marketing performance and sales conversion rates.
4. Market Intelligence
Keep track of competitor activities and market shifts.
Suggest improvements for products or services based on customer feedback.
