2. Product Development:

• Writing and Review policies, procedures, form, and guidelines of leasing product.

• Reviewing performance of exiting product in order to see about market needs for make SWOT analysis.

• Leading and follow up the product pilot test and roll out into target market for better monitoring and evaluation to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of enhanced product in the market.

• Developing action plan of product development.

3. Sale and Marketing:

• Writing and Review guidelines to support Branch Sale and Marketing Activities such as dealer cooperation, group sale promoters, and manage marketing materials guideline.

• Review all artwork for marketing materials printing and digital promotion to build branding.

• Writing and Review policies and guidelines related with customer service, Call Centre and Facebook, and clients' complaints.
